Where’s a great bed and breakfast in the Blue Ridge Mountains for a small wedding?
We’re planning on getting married in mid-November – and are going to just invite immediate family – probably like 25 people total. Half are coming from FL, half from PA – and we’re in Charlotte, NC – so we’d like to shoot for somewhere around SW Virginia for a cute little wedding on short notice. (We were planning to elope, but the Mom’s aren’t too happy about that idea, so this will be fun.) I was trying to find someplace with B&B reviews – or wedding chapel reviews – but couldn’t come up with much.
Biggest requirements – CLEAN – fairly inexpensive – enough rooms that we could all spend the night – and just a really nice place with fantastic hosts. Any great ideas???
I’m from Southwest Virginia, so I’ll suggest a few places that I know around here. I won’t make any promises about wedding costs, but all of these places have very high reputations.
